Budding talent No 30

Every year, we look for an up-and-coming budding talent who will assist the Group’s management team at Kinnevik for 15-18 months. As a budding talent you will get a unique insight to Kinnevik and the various investment sectors. One part of the period, you will be working in one of the Group companies in Sweden and/or abroad. 

The duties involved are varied since the "Luma" assists management with everything from company  analysis, trend analysis, current projects to handling administrative tasks. This is one of the toughest jobs in business but it has tremendous educational value.

Profile

The person we are looking for should be a highly ambitious entrepreneur who has academic qualifications, preferably a Master of science in engineering and/or business administration. The position requires business instinct and interest, good analytical abilities and high work capacity. International experience, excellent language skills and extracurricular or non-professional merits are an added bonus. Excellent written and oral understanding of Swedish and English is a requirement.
