Budding talent No 29
Every year, we look out for an up-and-coming budding talent who will assist the Group’s management at Kinnevik for approximately a year. The duties involved are varied and include company analysis, trend analysis, participating in negotiations, board and management meetings and taking part in and charge of a variety of projects. This is one of the toughest jobs in business but it has tremendous educational value.
Profile
The person we are looking for should be a highly ambitious entrepreneur who has academic qualifications, preferably a Master of science in engineering and/or business administration, as well as the ambition to one day becoming a CEO. The position requires business instinct and interest, good analytical abilities and high work capacity. International experience, excellent language skills and extracurricular or non-professional merits are an added bonus.
