As evidence of Kinnevik’s commitment to conducting the Company’s business to the highest ethical standards, Kinnevik has adopted this Code of Ethical Business Conduct (herein after “the Code”). Every employee within Kinnevik will receive a copy of the Code and are expected to understand and comply with it. The Code arranges and sums up existing Kinnevik policies and guidelines and should therefore be considered as a guidance instrument outlining the principles on which our everyday work is based. It is not the Company’s intention to grant or to permit waivers from the requirements of this Code. All officers and employees should note that the Company expects full compliance with the Code.
